The Ninja 400R sold in 2010 and 2011 used a 399 cc parallel twin with fuel injection, housed in full-fairing Ninja bodywork. It was a light, narrow street bike with a low seat aimed at newer riders, with a claimed peak of 42 hp. The page also highlights a digital instrument display and rubber-mounted engine and handlebar to reduce vibration.
